Bending

We specialize in connector terminal bending using advanced Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), a highly precise and automated process designed to bend metal terminals to specific angles for reliable assembly, electrical contact, and fitment in automotive, electronics, and electrical applications.
Our process features automated feeding, clamping, and bending operations performed by PLC-controlled systems, often integrated with vision technology to ensure exceptional accuracy. We carefully manage key parameters such as bend angle, material type, terminal thickness, and bend radius to maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Common manufacturing challenges like cracking, spring-back, and angle variation are minimized through proper tooling design and real-time monitoring. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our use of sensors, force monitoring, vision inspection, and automated rejection of non-conforming parts.
By leveraging the capabilities of SPMs, we achieve high precision, repeatability, and throughput while significantly reducing manual labor. To further enhance efficiency and reliability, we incorporate servo-based actuators, quick-change tooling, and predictive maintenance strategies into our systems
