Rotary Systems

We design and implement rotary workstations, automated systems built to perform multiple sequential operations on a rotating platform, widely used in high-speed assembly lines and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). Our rotary workstations feature a rotary indexing table that efficiently moves components between fixed stations, where critical tasks such as assembly, inspection, testing, and labeling are performed.

The rotary design enables simultaneous processing—while one part is being loaded, others are actively worked on—significantly improving cycle time efficiency and throughput.

Driven by servo motors, cam-driven indexers, or pneumatic actuators, our rotary workstations deliver high precision, repeatability, and a compact machine footprint. We integrate advanced vision systems, sensors, and PLC controls to ensure accurate part positioning and real-time quality checks throughout the process.

These systems are ideal for fast, repeatable operations such as connector assembly, small parts testing, pressing, and packaging across industries including automotive, electronics, and consumer goods
